DANGEROUS: Did you witness dogs out of control in Hemel Hempstead?

Police are currently investigating following an incident in Hemel Hempstead where two dogs are reported to have been dangerously out of control.

The incident occurred in Great Whites Road at around 2.30pm on Thursday, December 24.

It was reported that two brown ‘Mastiff’ type dogs, which were not on leads, ran from a nearby green space on Leys Road and attacked another dog. 

The owner of the dog being attacked tried to intervene and was bitten on their arm, receiving serious injuries. The injured person was taken to hospital and is in a stable condition. 

Anyone with information is asked to please call 101 quoting ISR: 353 of 24 December.
