A popular children’s TV presenter is set to take on the starring role in this year’s pantomime at Watersmeet in Rickmansworth.
It’s been a long journey from Butlins Redcoat to CBBC presenter for Nikki Wilkinson, but now she’s getting ready to appear as the Princess in Sleeping Beauty, which is set to run from December 8 to 31.
Naomi is no stranger to the world of pantomime, having appeared in productions of Cinderella, Aladdin and Beauty and the Beast across the country. She is best known for presenting Marrying Mum and Dad, Live and Deadly and Channel 5’s Milkshake.
She will be joined by former Britain’s Got Talent winner Jai McDowall as the Prince, well-known Art Attack presenter Lloyd Warbey as the ever-trustworthy Muddles, pantomime dame supergroup member Bunny Galore as Dame Dolly, vocalist Wendi Harriott as Carabosse and theatre actors Naomi Slater and Michael Morgan as the Good Fairy and the King respectively.
To book your tickets for this year’s performances, visit the Watersmeet website at www.watersmeet.co.uk, or call the box office on 01923 711063.
