A Hertfordshire police officer appeared in court today (Tuesday) accused of causing actual bodily harm.
PC Stephen Dalton was charged following an Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) investigation after a man suffered facial injuries in Watford on October 4 2019.
He was bailed at St Albans Magistrates’ Court to appear at St Albans Crown Court for a plea hearing on July 27.
