A committee based in Abbots has expressed their delight at seeing a defibrillator installed outside Bedmond Village Hall, thanks to money raised at a popular event in the village last year. The Abbots Langley Tough Ten Committee confirmed on May 1 that enough money was raised at last year’s Tough Ten races held in October. Alison Warner, secretary for the committee, was thrilled and expressed her gratitude towards all the runners who took part. Organising is already well underway for this year’s event and Alison explained to My Abbots News about how people can enter the 2015 races.
