A driver has been taken to hospital as a precaution after hitting a barrier outside The Cat & Fiddle pub in Radlett.
Police were called to the scene at around 7.25am today (Wednesday, March 5) to reports of the road traffic collision on Watling Street.
A road closure was temporarily put in place and reopened at around 9.15am.
The pub has been closed since 2019.
