A heavily overgrown path linking Radlett Park Road with the railway station was cleared by local volunteers on September 9.
Members of Radlett Rotary Club (RRC) – a volunteer group – alongside a local woman who is not a club member, carried out the work as part of the organisation’s annual voluntary community projects.
The volunteers cleared the vegetation from the route – used by people walking to the station and through the local area.
RRC Member Paul Sennett said: “Many thanks to all those who stopped and chatted whilst we were clearing it up.”
He added: “Enjoy your clean and less hazardous path on your daily commute/walk.”
The Rotary Club said the work was part of its local community projects, which it carries out each year.
Paul invited people who would like to learn more about the club or attend one of its meetings to get in touch at Pwgsennett@outlook.com
