A court case which could settle a long standing building row in Chorleywood has been put back until next month. Michael Freeman had made an undertaking to rectify works he carried out at a home in the village and was due to appear before a judge at St Albans Crown Court tomorrow (Friday) who will hear whether the undertaking has been complied with. The case will now be heard on August 1.
