A Kings Langley business has collected donations in support of a Dacorum-based homelessness charity.
The team at Sterling Accounting Solutions have decided to put others before themselves and support homelessness charity DENS.
Tom Sterling, director of Sterling Accounting Solutions, said instead of a secret Santa in the office, they decided to collection donations for DENS instead.
He said: “We’ve supported DENS for a while, and rather than spending £5 or £10 on buying something for people in the office they may not necessarily want, we thought we would spend that money on buying bits for families that don’t have much. We decided to spread the Christmas spirit that way.
“We try to support DENS as much as we can and they were very pleased with the donation.”
This is not the first time the company has supported the charity, as they previously raised more than £4,000 with a charity golf day in the summer.
