Police are releasing an image of three people they would like to identify following a report of criminal damage in Watford High Street.
The incident occurred at around 10pm on Friday, July 12, when it is reported three people caused damage to a floral display, resulting in flowers being crushed and broken.
PC Lawrence Long, who is investigating, said: “We have been investigating this incident since it was first reported to us and are now seeking the public’s help to try and identify the three individuals pictured. We believe they may have been in the area at the time and could have information to assist our enquiries.
