A car was overturned in a single-vehicle traffic collision this afternoon on the A41 near the Hemel Hempstead exit. A female driver was not seriously injured but was taken to hospital for checks as a precaution.
A spokesperson for Hertfordshire Police said: “Police were called at around 12.50pm on Monday, February 21 following a single vehicle road traffic collision on the A41.
“It was reported that a Fiat 500 had overturned on the northbound carriageway, towards the exit for Hemel Hempstead.
“The female driver was not thought to be seriously injured but was taken to hospital by family members as a precaution.
“Road closures were put in place while the vehicle was recovered. The road was clear by 2pm.”
