Police were called at 1.10am yesterday (Wednesday, October 9) to reports that two vehicles were alight in Canterbury Road, Watford.
Hertfordshire Constabulary have confirmed that officers attended along with colleagues from the Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service.
An investigation is underway, though detectives believe it to be a targeted attack
