Emergency services were called to Hunton Bridge yesterday afternoon after reports of a car fire at around 5pm.
Watford Road in Hunton Bridge was closed until 6pm while police, fire and ambulance crews dealt with the scene.
The road closure, along with an earlier accident on the M25, meant traffic chaos for the evening rush hour.
