Christmas jumpers are a proving a massive hit again this year – but this time it’s with dogs. Groomerz, a dog grooming and accessories store in Pinner, has reported an unprecedented demand for festive canine sweaters with their first batch selling out in just 24 hours. Spa manager Suzanne Aarons-Hirst said: “We’ve ordered more jumpers in and have had many pre-orders. Along with the doggy cologne range they’ve proved incredibly popular. “Whether it’s a collar for a chihauhau, a bed for a bulldog or some perfume for a poodle we’ve got it all at our High Street spa. “We’ve even got stockings filled with treats and toys your canine chum will love.” Suzanne added: “With just under a week left until Christmas we’ve been really busy as people buy gifts for their pets. Our gift vouchers are great for anyone buying a gift for a friend or family members dog but not sure what to get.” Along with the knitwear the dog cologne range including Ted Barker, Kennel 5 and Old Spike is in huge demand.
