CANAL VIEW: Show apartments to open at stunning canalside development

Two new show apartments are being unveiled at a Canalside development in Apsley near Hemel Hempstead this month.

The two show homes – launching on Saturday, March 21 – are at Bellway’s Apsley Quay site, a development of one, two and three-bedroom apartments on the banks of a broad stretch of the Grand Union Canal.

All 170 apartments will have balconies or terraces, many with attractive canal views. The development is a 10-minute walk from the Apsley railway station.

Bellway has already sold more than 20 homes at the development since its launch. The first residents will be moving into Apsley Quay this summer.

Greg Allsop, sales and marketing director for Bellway North London said: “This is the first chance for visitors to really see what we’re creating at Apsley Quay, and I think they’ll be impressed.

“It’s a stunning development which brings a waterside apartment within reach of local people and London commuters. We’ve already sold many apartments off-plan, and interest will peak when these beautiful show apartments open.”

The two show apartments that will soon be available to view will be a one-bedroom Orwell design and a two-bedroom Christie.

Greg Allsop said: “Apsley is a great place to live, with lots of good local shops, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants as well as several highly-rated schools and colleges. As well as excellent rail links, the development also benefits from easy access to the A41, M25 and M1.”

Apsley Quay will also feature two separate landscaped podium gardens to be enjoyed by the residents.
