Police are appealing for witnesses and information as part of their enquiries into an altercation which is reported to have occurred in Borehamwood.

Officers were called to the Toby Carvery in Studio Way, at around 4.30pm on Sunday, September 12, after a fight broke out between a group of people.

However, the group had left the scene on police arrival.

Detective Constable Erik Gale, from the Hertsmere Local Crime Unit, said: “At this time, no one has come forward to make an allegation or identify themselves as a victim.

“We’re keen to ensure that all parties are safe and well and have been conducting enquiries with the restaurant as well as reviewing CCTV.

“We’re also asking anyone who saw what happened, or has information which may assist our enquiries, to please come forward.”
