Police were called at around 7.38am today (Friday, February 2), following reports of a serious road traffic collision on North Western Avenue, Bushey.
Officers arrived at the scene, alongside colleagues from the fire and ambulance service, and road closures were put in place at Sandy Lane, Dagger Lane and Hillfield Lane South.
Four vehicles were involved.
A man his 60s was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by officers. Our thoughts are with them at this sad time.
Two other people have been taken to hospital for further treatment.
