Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a burglary in Garston.
Between 6pm and 7pm on Saturday, December 10, a property on The Harebreaks was broken in to when the front door was jemmied open. An offender was confronted by a resident before running away from the property. Nothing was taken.
The suspect is described as a white man, aged in his early 30s, around 5ft 6ins tall and of a medium build. He was wearing a black long-sleeved top with a red logo on the arm, blue jeans and black ski mask.
Two other men were with him. One was described as a white man, aged in his early 20s, around 5ft 10ins tall, of slim build with long light brown hair. He was wearing a black beanie hat, a dark long-sleeved jumper and blue jeans.
The third man was a white man, aged between 20 and 30, around 5ft 6ins tall, of medium build. He was also wearing a black ski mask, a long-sleeved black top and blue jeans.
Detective Sergeant Ayodeji Afolabi, from the Watford Local Crime Unit, said: “This was a distressing incident for the victim, we have been investigating the circumstances of what happened and are now appealing for anyone else with information to come forward.
“I’d like to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious, or captured anything on a doorbell camera, in The Harebreaks around the time of the incident.
