An 11-year-old boy was robbed of his mobile phone by a man who reportedly had a knife on him.
At around 2.15pm on Monday, July 1, the victim was approached by two white males who were in a black 4×4 in Pine Grove, Bushey.
One of the males got out the car and demanded the victim’s phone.
The victim handed it over and the male got back into the vehicle, which then drove off down Pinfold Road towards Park Avenue.
Any witnesses, or anyone with information, should contact Hertfordshire Constabulary on the non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference 41/59407/19.
