A well-loved pop-up restaurant in Abbots Langley marked its first anniversary last month with a new menu inspired by a recent trip to Greece.
Stew, which featured in ABBOTSnews September edition, is run by local couple Stuart and Trina, who host dining events from That Little Coffee Shop on the High Street.
They are known across the village for their themed three-course international dining events designed to bring international flavours to Abbots Langley.
Over the past year alone, the pair have hosted The Chilli Club inspired by America’s southwest and The Tagine Scene inspired by North Africa.
Now, they are welcoming the new year with a bang thanks to their latest event, The Agora Gathering. This time, the menu takes inspiration from the pair’s recent travels to Parga, Greece.
Speaking to ABBOTSnews, the couple said: “At Stew, we host one sitting so that everyone can relax into the evening and enjoy the vibes without feeling rushed, with the added bonus that you can bring your own drink, making it an affordable night out during these more challenging times.”
The Agora Gathering runs from November into the new year. While spaces are going fast, there is still availability on Saturday, January 31, and Saturday, February 14.
