A Radlett school is making preparations for their summer fair, which is set to take place on July 1 from 12pm to 3pm.
The event, organised by Friends of Newberries Primary School, will celebrate their 50th anniversary and aims to reunite past pupils who once attended the school.
On the day, there will be inflatables to play on, including a giant human hamster ball and a bouncy castle. Guests can take part in a talent show, face painting, children’s games, activities, football, and many other stalls. There will also be a BBQ, Pimm’s and ice cream to enjoy.
Chair of Friends of Newberries School Deborah Cohen said: “This event is open to all. The main target audience is children, and we always publicise our fairs around Radlett. But this time we are trying to engage with past pupils even if they have moved away to come and join us.
“As a charity, Friends of Newberries School raises money to support the children’s education. Our summer fair is our biggest fundraiser. We would like to make this one bigger and better than ever before.”
