Local company Gibbs Gillespie has added to its impressive award collection by securing another triumph at a The Guild of Professional Estate Agents Awards at the end of January. The estate agency has offices in 11 areas including Ruislip, Ruislip Manor, Pinner, Northwood and Rickmansworth and has served the local area since it was started by James Gibbs and Paul Gillespie in 1991. The firm received the Gold Medal for being the best agency in the Northern Home Counties fighting off hundreds of other firms. The awards recognise outstanding performance and innovation from a carefully selected network of more than 790 independent estate agents. The judges who awarded Gibbs Gillespie were particularly impressed by the way they demonstrated marketing innovation, expert market knowledge, a commitment to high standards and expertise, and outstanding customer service. Paul Gillespie said: “This award is testament to the drive and expertise of each and every one of our staff which is second to none. We constantly endeavor to provide our clients superior service. We could not be more proud to receive this award and would like to thank the Guild, our team and most of all our clients who have made this award possible.” Since the agency began in Ruislip in 1991 it has won numerous industry awards including The Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year in 2009. Marcus Whewell, CEO of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents, presented the awards to owners James Gibbs and Paul Gillespie. He said: “My sincere congratulations go to Gibbs Gillespie who should be very proud of winning this hard-fought and prestigious award.”
