Radlett Art Society is excited to announce their summer exhibition will make a return at the end of next month, following an extended break due to lockdowns.
The society’s 54th Annual Summer Exhibition will take place at Battlers Green Barn on May 28 and 29 and display the paintings and artwork that members have created during lockdown.
The long standing group, established in 1966 has around 160 members and are on the lookout for residents interested in painting to join Radlett Art Society.
Inga Armstrong, Committee Member said: “Anyone at all is welcome to join us, you don’t have to be skilled, just have an interest in painting. We also have lectures once a month that usually take place at The Synagogue in Radlett. These have been online for a while but we are now returning to in person meetings.”
As well as painting sessions on Thursdays, the group also hosts regular weekend trips away to historical places to see exhibitions.
