A consultation for a new housing development in Radlett is underway and the developers want to receive feedback from residents. Beechwood Homes have put in a pre-application for the development to the rear of gardens 58 to 66 Newberries Avenue. A letter has been sent out to residents affected in the immediate vicinity of the proposed development. Other residents can view the consultation online at http://www.beechwood-consultation.co.uk/newberries-ave/ between June 15 and June 29, allowing 14 days in which to download the plans and make comments. The development is for six new residential dwellings to the rear of 58 to 66 Newberries Avenue. The dwellings will be high-end detached units ranging between four and five bedrooms over a mix of two and two and a half floors. Roof space will be used to accommodate the upper half storey.
