ANY WITNESSES? Appeal following indecent exposure in Watford

Published on: 12th July 2021   |   By: News Bulletin   |   Category: Uncategorized

Officers investigating an incident of indecent exposure in Watford are appealing for witnesses and information.

On Monday July 5, it was reported that a man had exposed himself to multiple people in Oxhey Park, Wiggenhall Road. It was alleged that he also made inappropriate comments.

Officers attended and one person, a 38-year-old man from Watford, was arrested in connection with the incident. He has been released on police bail whilst enquiries continue.

Investigator Daryl Allwood said: “We have already spoken to several people, but we believe that more people may have witnessed the offence who may not have made contact with us yet.

“If you were in the park around the time specified, and believe you may have witnessed the incident or witnessed any suspicious behaviour, please get in contact. Alternatively, if you have any information that you think may assist with our enquiries, please report it. Any information, even something that may seem insignificant, could be key to the investigation.”

If you have any information, you can contact Investigator Allwood directly via email at daryl.allwood@herts.pnn.police.uk
