Local graffiti artist Matt Elms, aka Kred, 51, has completed a new project to celebrate his love for Croxley.
Matt’s new graffiti piece can be found along the front of a property on Watford Road, where boards have been put up as renovations take place. Upon seeing the plain hoardings, Matt was inspired to have a little fun.
He said: “I met the owner, a neighbour who is extending her house, and offered to add some art to her hoarding. We agreed on ‘We love Croxley Green’, and that it would be great to see some colour!
“I completed it over a few evenings, and have received lots of positive comments and feedback, from adults and children alike.
“We run the Hiphop Hooray Club, which teaches primary school kids breakdancing, street art and DJing, and hope to work on some more pieces.
“Imagine if all the boardings in Croxley were nice and bright, and the families could get involved with the artwork! I hope you like it.”
