A mother from Bushey says she’s proud of her son as he is “living his dream” as he plays a vital role in one of YouTube’s biggest hits.
Brandon Baum (pictured second from right), 20, from Bushey Heath, is the director and cameraman for Woody & Kleiny who are YouTube and social media sensations with more than 10 million followers.
Brandon’s success has left his mother, Samantha, extremely proud.
He has a key role to play in the show’s success as he is tasked with coming up with ideas, directing and filming.
One of the vlogs has had more than 40 million views as Woody & Kleiny go from success to success thanks in no small part to Brandon.
Woody & Kleiny have also realised a new book on November 4 which heavily features Brandon.
Many of the videos are filmed locally including in Bushey where King George VI Park features. Even Brandon’s garden in Bushey Heath is the location for one vlog.
His mum, Samantha, told BusheyNews: “Brandon has been passionate about filming from a young age, he always wanted to be a film director.
“He studies hard and did work experience in Borehamwood during summer holidays and he worked very hard to stay in the film industry.
“Since starting back in 2013, Woody and Kleiny have established themselves as two of the world’s foremost internet content creators, with 10 million followers.
“One vlog even got 40 million views with Brandon’s idea of a remote control to pause objects at the heart of its success.
“He is living his dream and it’s so good to see. He wants to continue doing what he is doing and continue to enjoy it, he is happy.”
