More than 70 people attended a jubilee event at a tennis club in Pinner to mark 70 years of Queen Elizabeth II’s reign.
Pinner Lawn Tennis Club hosted an event on Sunday, June 5, and invited the whole community to join in on the celebrations.
The afternoon was filled with a BBQ, fun family games and classic British tea and cakes.
Speaking to PinnerNews about the event, Isaku Takahashi, marketing manager at the club, said: “We thought it was a good opportunity for the club to open up to local residents and be a nice way to engage with local residents and the community.
“Members as well as friends and family were invited to not just play tennis but also have a social as well. There were a range of family games and things to create a classic British atmosphere.”
