Police are looking to track a group of youths who crashed their car into a lamp post on Bedmond Road.
Herts Police were called at 3.27pm on Sunday, February 10 to reports that a car, a blue Renault Scenic, had collided with a lamp post in Bedmond Road, Abbots Langley.
A group of males got out of the vehicle and left the scene.
An eyewitness reported that the driver was searching for his phone and looked disorientated before fleeing the scene.
The vehicle was seized and enquiries are ongoing.
The road was closed, and Herts Highways was informed of the damage to the lamppost.
