Young footballers from a local school have won a title for the first time in over a decade.
Hatch End High School shared on Monday, June 2, that their Year 10 boys defeated Salvatorian at Rayners Lane FC to win the Harrow Championship.
After the game went to penalties, Darius saved the day by blocking four penalties to seal the title.
This victory marks the first time in more than 10 years that a Hatch End year group has won the competition.
The school shared: “Congratulations to Mr Paliem and all the students who took part in the league season.”
