A woman had to be cut free from the wreckage of a car in Hemel Hempstead on Wednesday, May 15.
The woman was driving a Ford Focus and collided with a Mercedes E Class on Redbourn Road between the junction with St Agnells Lane and Shenley Road just before 2pm.
The road was closed until just after 4pm while fire fighters cut her free.
The woman was taken to hospital by ambulance.
Herts Police are asking for witnesses to call 101.
