Police are releasing a CCTV image of a man they want to identify following a burglary in Watford.
The incident occurred between 8.48am and 11.55am on Tuesday, February 14, at a home on The Avenue.
It is reported that a suspect gained entry to a property before conducting a messy search and taking several items, including jewellery and a sound system.
Investigator Elaine Counsell, from the Watford Local Crime Unit, said: “Our enquiries are continuing, and we are releasing this CCTV image because we believe the individual pictured may have been in the area at the time and could assist with our investigation.
“Is this you, or do you recognise the person pictured? If you have any information, or saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area at this time, please email me at elaine.counsell@herts.police.uk.”
