Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a robbery in Hemel Hempstead on Friday, September 29.
It was reported that at around 5.15pm, a man was approached and grabbed in the underground car park of Ivy House, Spring Road, by a group of four or five males who took his jacket and mobile phone.
Detective Constable Carina Ng, of the Dacorum Local Crime Unit, said: “We are investigating the circumstances surrounding this robbery and would like to hear from anyone who saw what happened or who has information about it to get in touch.
“One man has been arrested in relation to it; however, we are seeking to gather as much information as possible as we continue our enquiries.”
