WARMING MORNING: Pinner retirement home to raise money for St Luke’s Hospice

Published on: 7th February 2020   |   By: Geraint Roberts   |   Category: Uncategorized

People in Pinner are being invited to join Churchill Retirement Living at its Heath Lodge development for a special Warming Morning to raise funds for local charity St Luke’s Hospice.

At 11am on Wednesday, February 26, everyone is welcome to step out of the cold and into the warmth of the Lodge’s cosy Owners’ Lounge, where they will be treated to coffee and cake in return for a small donation.

All of the money raised will go to St Luke’s Hospice, a local charity which provides free care for people in Harrow and Brent with an illness that can no longer be cured.

Hayley Boltwood, regional marketing executive for Churchill Retirement Living, said: “We’re looking forward to welcoming people to our Warming Morning event to raise funds for such a great charity, chosen by our apartment Owners who wanted to help it continue its vital work.

“Every penny counts, which is why we’re asking as many people as possible to come along and support the event and make a donation in return for the refreshments on offer.

“It’s the perfect excuse to enjoy a bit of indulgence, as well as an opportunity for visitors to experience the lifestyle on offer at the Lodge.”
