Police are appealing to the public for their help in locating a wanted man.
Ali Mosavi, aged 23, who is from the Watford area, is wanted on recall to prison.
He also has links to the Harrow area of London.
Anyone who sees Ali, or has any information about his whereabouts, is asked to contact Hertfordshire Constabulary via 101 or report information online at www.herts.police.uk/report.
