Hertfordshire Constabulary are appealing to the public to find a missing woman.
They say that they have arrested a man in connection with her disappearance.
Luz Margory Isaza Villegas, 50, was last seen by her neighbours in Hemel Hempstead in the early afternoon of Saturday, January 12, and spoke to a family member on the phone just before 3.20pm on the same day.
It is believed that Luz may be in the Hemel Hempstead or Berkhamsted area, where police are continuing to search.
Officers are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare.
Herts Police say they have a arrested a 55-year-old man from Hemel Hempstead in connection with Luz’s disappearance and he remains in custody.
Anyone with information about the missing woman should contact Hertfordshire Constabulary via the non-emergency number 101.
