Two new policemen have been patrolling the streets of Radlett after joining the Safer Neighbourhood Team.
Police community support officer (PCSO) Milan Boca and police constable (PC) Kris Endersbee.
Milan said: “I am a new PCSO who has joined the Radlett Safer Neighbourhood Team late last year.
“The Safer Neighbourhood Team consists of PCSOs and PCs working within the community to improve the quality of life for residents and make the area safer.
“I joined the team after completing a six-week training course in Stevenage.
I was born in former Yugoslavia and before I joined the police, I was working different types of jobs. I worked for about 13 years in the army as an army officer and I worked at Sky TV for about a year.
“I like to travel, I play few music instruments. I am composing music in my spare time.
“I moved to Hertfordshire in February 2017.”
Kris said: I’m the new Safer Neighbourhood Officer for Radlett & Surrounding villages.
“I have been a Hertfordshire front line police officer for 15 years and, after 11 years on intervention in the borough of Broxbourne, I moved to Hertsmere and the new role of a community officer in January 2016 as part of the Bushey and Radlett team.
“Having spent the last three years as the Bushey St.James ward officer, I look forward to this new challenge by bringing back traditional ‘bobby on the beat’ values and working closely with our PCSO’s in protecting people and their property.”
