A Croxley resident is taking on the ambitious challenge of running the entirety of the Tube line he works on for charity.
Jamie Davis is raising money for Dementia UK, a charity that is close to his heart, by completing the Met Line Challenge.
From March 9-12, he will aim to run a half-marathon distance for each of the first three days, with a 17-kilometre run on the final day of the challenge. He must follow routes from station to station and take a picture outside each one.
Speaking to CROXLEYnews, Jamie said: “Recently, a family member was diagnosed with dementia. The strength and determination of the family to remain positive has encouraged me to want to do something for those that offer help and support in this field.
“Therefore, I have decided to help raise awareness and financial support for Dementia UK.”
