Police have confirmed that a man has sadly passed away following an incident on the M25 clockwise between Junctions 20 and 21a near Kings Langley.
Officers from Herts Police were called shortly after 8.05am today (Thursday, February 2) to report concerns for the welfare of a man who had been found on the hard shoulder of the M25 clockwise, near Junction 21a.
Road closures were put in place for several hours today to allow emergency services to respond.
A spokesperson for Herts Police said: “Officers attended the scene along with the ambulance service.
“Sadly, the man, aged in his 30s, died at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.
“The incident is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be prepared for the coroner.”
