Officers investigating a collision are appealing for witnesses and information after a man in his late teens sadly died after suffering fatal injuries.

A red and black Honda motorcycle and a white Skoda car were involved in the collision, causing the motorcyclist to suffer serious injuries which proved to be fatal.

It happened on Brookdene Avenue in Oxhey Hall just before 12.40pm on Friday May 15.

His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specially trained family liaison officers.

The driver of the Skoda, a man in his 40s, was not injured. He remained at the scene.
