A man was reportedly stabbed in the leg following an altercation in Watford last weekend.
Police were called to an address on Balmoral Road in North Watford in the early hours of Sunday morning (July 4) after reports of an altercation between a group of men.
The disagreement began inside an address and then continued into the street and turned violent with one man being stabbed in the leg.
A spokesperson for Hertfordshire Police said: “One man sustained a stab wound to the leg and went to hospital, where he remains at this time. His injuries are not being treated as life-threatening.
“A man has been arrested in connection with the incident and has been released on bail. Enquiries are continuing to establish the circumstances around what happened.”
