For nearly 100 years, the Kings Langley Players have been bringing festive cheer through their Christmas pantomime.
Now, with their 100th one fast approaching, the company have announced that this years’ spectacle will be Alice in Wonderland.
The “curioser and curioser” will be taken along with Alice as she tracks down the ever-late White Rabbit, enjoys afternoon tea with the Mad Hatter and March Hare, and is aided in her travels by a certain grinning Cheshire Cat.
Based on Lewis Carroll’s beloved books, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass, the Kings Langley Players shared the show “will make you laugh, smile and believe in the power of your own imagination”.
Residents will also be able to sneak a peek at the village’s very own beautiful Duchess.
Performances will take place at The Nap at Kings Langley Community Centre from Wednesday, December 4 to Saturday, December 7 at various times.
