Police are appealing for witnesses, information and dashcam footage following a road traffic collision in South Oxhey.
The incident occurred at around 7.40am on Thursday, December 7. It is reported that a red Honda Jazz and a pedestrian were involved in a collision at the central island on Hayling Road, near to the junction with Nairn Green.
The pedestrian, a man aged in his 90s, was taken to hospital with serious injuries where he remains at this time.
The driver remained at the scene to assist police with their enquiries.
Sergeant Timothy Davies from the Road Policing Unit said: “Our investigation into this incident is continuing, and I am appealing for any witnesses to please come forward.
“We believe that there were numerous vehicles in the area at the time, and I would urge anyone with information to contact me. Additionally, if you were driving in the area at the time and have a dashcam fitted, please check it as you may have recorded some crucial footage to help our enquiries.
