Police are appealing for witnesses, information and dash cam footage following a road-related incident in Hemel Hempstead last week.

At around 2pm on Friday, April 1, a dark coloured BMW was reportedly seen driving in an anti-social manner, which included stopping traffic and mounting the pavement. The incident occurred on London Road, close to the Two Waters Road junction, outside the Pets at Home store.

Detective Constable Paul Sammons, who is investigating, said: “This kind of behaviour is extremely dangerous and could have led to someone becoming seriously hurt. Our enquiries are continuing at this time.

“As part of our investigations into the incident, I’d like to hear from anyone who witnessed it or was driving by and has dashcam footage from the area between 1.55pm and 2.15pm.

“Any piece of information could prove vital to our enquiries.”

You can report information online, via web chat or call the non-emergency number 101 quoting reference ISR 343 of 1 April.
