A Patients Participation Group (PPG) has been relaunched to strengthen communication between doctors at Red House Surgery in Radlett and their patients.
After a meeting between patients and the surgery’s practice manager, it was decided that local good samaritan Jeremy Packman would act as chairman.
Jeremy explains: “The purpose of a PPG is to give patients, carers and GP staff the chance to discuss practice issues and patients’ experiences to improve the service, as well as to monitor improvements.”
