Staff members from a Hemel Hempstead-based care home was delighted to appear on Radio Dacorum last month.
Wednesday, September 11, was a special day for St Pauls Care Centre, as staff were interviewed on the popular local station which has long been a voice for community stories and connections.
Speaking to Hemel News, a spokesperson said: “The broadcast provided us with a wonderful opportunity to highlight what truly makes St Pauls Care Centre stand out—our passionate team, the quality of care we provide, and the strong sense of community we foster.
“In the interview, Lucy, Sinu, and Yasmin—three key members of the St Pauls team—shared insightful stories about their daily experiences at St Pauls, giving listeners a glimpse into the rewarding, yet often challenging, work involved in senior care.”
The trio shared heartwarming stories, their response to various challenges, and how they work to support residents.
The spokesperson continued: “We want to extend a huge thank you to the team at Radio Dacorum, especially Matt, for giving us this opportunity. It’s not every day that we get to talk about our work in such a public way, and we are incredibly grateful to have had the chance to connect with listeners.”
