Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a racially aggravated incident in Radlett.
The incident happened on Theobald Street between 8pm and 8.20pm on Monday, May 27.
It is reported that a woman in her forties was subjected to racially aggravated language while walking home.
The suspect is described as a white man of stocky build. He was wearing sports shorts and had a birth mark on one of his calves.
PC Harry Levi, who is investigating, said: “Our enquiries are continuing, and I am appealing for anyone who saw what happened, or who has any further information, to please get in touch.
