A white Hyundai Kona was brought to the attention of police on Ross Crescent and failed to stop today (Thursday, February 26).
This was followed by a pursuit through Kings Way. A police unit then tactically brought the vehicle to a stop.
The driver of the vehicle, a 20-year-old man from Watford, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, dangerous driving, and failing to stop for police. He remains in police custody at this time.
The passenger of the vehicle remains outstanding at this time, and we would encourage them to get in contact to make sure they are okay.
