Garston’s Kyle Langford has made a strong start to the athletics season, setting a personal best at the Monaco Diamond League meeting.
Langford ran 1:44.83 over 800m seeing him improve on performances of old running in his first race since Doha. He took 0.14 off his previous career best.
After the race, Langford was praised on social media.
