OPEN ARMS: Radlett Cricket Club welcomes ‘experienced international’ Australian player

Australian international Peter Hatzoglou has joined Radlett Cricket Club 1st XI as their professional overseas player for the 2025 season.

He will play the entire Hertfordshire Premier League season which runs from Saturday, May 10, to Saturday, September 6.

Peter, a right-arm leg-spin bowler and right-handed batsman, was born in Melbourne. He has played for both Melbourne Renegades and Perth Scorchers in the Australian Big Bash League and won the 2025 competition with Hobart Hurricanes.

He also plays state cricket for South Australia in the domestic multi-day format and spent 2023 at Glamorgan CCC playing in the 2023 County Championship.

Dom Chatfield, Radlett’s 1st XI captain, said: “It’s great to have such an experienced international player in our side this year. We are sure Peter will enjoy his time with us, and help us be successful this season.”
