Three Rivers Neighbourhood Policing Team (TRNPT) have announced their priorities for Abbots Langley for the next four months.
The first priority on TRNPT’s list, released on Thursday, October 3, is to continue tackling anti-social behaviour through youth engagement.
Speeding was also listed as a key priority, amid the growing calls for an expanded 20mph scheme in Hertfordshire.
The final priority was to address anti-social vehicle use at school pick-up and drop-off times.
TRNPT work alongside partner agencies to solve long- and short-term neighbourhood issues, including shoplifting, anti-social behaviour, speeding and drug-related crime.
The specific focuses for Abbots Langley were chosen based on the issues which were causing the most concern to residents.
Information submitted by the public via the force’s community feedback forum ‘echo’ plays a key role in the process of selecting local priorities, as well as an analysis of crime data.
